A working agreement document will be signed by both parties and within this agreement will have an allocated ‘holiday days’ allowance where the client will not be expected to pay for the agreed sessions if the agreed notice is given.
Otherwise the Cancellation Policy will be given to new clients in the initial session and discussed.
I accept payment via Bank Transfer each week before the next session.
